staff very helpful and location was close to AA and traveling needs.
Bathroom was not clean; hair was found in the shower and no cold water to brush your teeth. Room was located in front of elevators, was very noisy and walls are very thin.
Best place to stay for Miami Heat games. It's close to AA and safe to walk at night after game.

Yes we had great service, room was clean, all comforts of home. A beautiful view of arena, parking at no cost with easy access to Biscayne Blvd. I will stay there again on my next trip.
There was odor in lobby which the hotel was trying to fix.
Our room was ready when we arrived earlier than check in so we were able to go to our room. The amenities including fitness room, pool, and dining onsite were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful to direct us, the hotel has parking onsite. We were able to walk to our venue and and enjoy local scenery/

The location was excellent for my purposes. The port was accessible, with shopping variety and entertainment venues were plenty.

Convenience to the dock to get the cruise ship. Close to Bayside Market and the downtown area.
The door to our room was hard to open. Seemed to stick at the bottom.
The hotel staff was very friendly. This was located to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Things were in walking distance.

The location was great. Maintenance got right on the non working light in the bathroom.
No hot water in the morning. No hot water in the afternoon. No hot water in the evening. Light went out in the bathroom.
We were leaving on a cruise the next day. The location was great. Staff did an excellent job. Plenty of places to get something to eat within walking distance.

The food. Went out to eat for. Dinner. Air condition bad.

The location was perfect.
Room was a little small, bathroom cramped, no bellboy, parking 2 small.
Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom 2 small for 2 people at the same time. parking space to small for such a big hotel the bartender was very kind to open our bottle of wine. Room service was on time and very good.

Location was great. like the laundry facility and appreciated the security with using guest keycard to obtain access the computer and laundry rooms.
The parking arrangements are horrible. Some staff not friendly. Private hall bathrooms need to cleaned better.
I would stay again.
