Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando - The Castle
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

Within walking distance to walk around local eateries and do shopping. Also near a great put, put golf if you have time. The staff is very helpful and polite.

The kids LOVED the scavenger hunt, and thought it was the coolest thing ever that we were staying, "in a castle." I was a bit worried that the hotel may be scary with the castle theme and my kids are young (7 and 4), but it was not. The pool area was great, and I LOVED that the pool was heated. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Great breakfast too! Great place to stay in Orlando with kids! ...

If breakfast had been included, this would have been a "10". We do intend to return here again in the future.

The hotel is very nice. Would stay there again for the right price. There are lots of restaurants around within walking distance. Traffic can be pretty heavy in this area so being able to walk to places we found to be very convenient.

i would not recommend this hotel to anybody i know, it was one of the worst experience i've had in a hotel, it was dirty and very dusty , the bathroom walls were dirty.

We were extremely upset that the maid lied and claimed that we placed the Do not Disturb sign on the door. We left our room by 7:00 am. Returned to the room by 11:00 pm The beds were unmade. The trash cans were still overflowed. And the dirty towels still on the floor. We never placed the do not disturb sign on the door. The hotel manager spoke to Priceline, and would not refund us in full for one night stay. We were not provided the service that we paid for. This is a full service hotel, not and extended stay hotel.
