It's well worth the money beautiful rooms and right off the beach you can't beat that the bed are comfortable beyond compare and the people friendly so my next trip will be there again

Good location on a beautiful beach. Free entertainment. Very family friendly. The floors in the room were dirty but probably from previous renters coming and going to the beach.
Very busy and no staff available to help with luggage so pretty much DIY. The parking is across the street and accessible through a tunnel but they were running a golf type cart for customers.

A fun place to stay and kids will love the big pool.

You not only get the room but also hotel promoted events around the pool. They even showed a movie by the pool at night.

The staff was amazing. Always friendly. Early check in and late check out. Always prompt and courteous. Live shows for free and a great family friendly resort with a great view.

Location and the view from the room were great.
Garbage shoots by our door- very loud at 5 am. Then floor polisher at 7 am outside door. Complained at checkout only to be told that nothing could be done because we booked at booking.com. Awesome. :/

Ok hotel overall. Do not accept a room near the garbage shoots. Sounds like a gorilla trying to escape its cage at 5 am and 5:05 and 5:10 etc. Don't book on booking.com because if you have a problem the hotel will not care.

The activities all in one location without having to leave premises. Also, there was easy access to beach where we spent most of our daylight hours. Really enjoyed movies poolside and Polynesian dancers.
Not being able to take food to beach area. Garbage cans were available to put our refuge.

I thought the hotel had a great family friendly atmosphere and the children enjoyed the water park, swimming and other activities.

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel had everything you could possibly want. A pool, several decks, an outdoor bar, a nice beach area. They even showed a movie outside at night -- like a drive-in, only with lounge chairs!
The breakfast buffet was $17 and didn't have anything on it that you don't get free at a Holiday Inn Express. That was pretty pricey.

There isn't much to choose from for hotels in Panama City Beach that are directly on the Gulf. This was a great property, with no reason to leave, ever. It was not within walking distance to the pier (didn't claim to be, but I'm just saying...), and I didn't see any taxis in town, so I ended up not going. There is a $25 resort fee charged at check-in, so be prepared for that. Every room really does have expansive Gulf views, just like they claim. The refrigerator is full-size, the bathroom is large and it's just a great place to stay! My recommendation? If you want to be in PCB, this is a great option. Pay for the room but bring your own food and drinks to stock the fridge. Enjoy! ...read more
