Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn San Antonio International Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

I got a good rate for a midweek stay. I was curious however that there was a Holiday Inn Express just two doors down the road. It didn't have a restaurant, bar but did have a free breakfast. Overall I was happy with the in room coffee and it had a fridge and microwave so I had fruit and a couple of things I could eat if I wanted. I mostly ate out with clients once a day.

I've stayed at this hotel twice and it has a great location close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. The management and front desk staff are very helpful and they have good amenities at the hotel. My only complaint is the noise level from the cleaning staff. They seem to have no regard for a noon checkout time or keeping a quiet hall for those staying more than one night. ...

Walking to my room saw empty pizza boxes in the the hallway. Could not connect to the wifi and when contacted, the staff was no help. Finally gave up trying to connect and used my cell phone to access Internet. In the morning when I again complained about lack of service, I was at first ignored and the told "not sure what happened". Overall not a good over night stay.
