Location was near the airport which I wanted and very close to shopping and restaurants.

Great location and pool and lobby area, very relaxing.

It was great location for me. I was there to work with company that was 4 miles up the road. Walking distance to a couple restaurants plus the one in hotel. The workout room was nice and big and the pool and hot tub was a great stress releaver.
No it was fine.

I got a good rate for a midweek stay. I was curious however that there was a Holiday Inn Express just two doors down the road. It didn't have a restaurant, bar but did have a free breakfast. Overall I was happy with the in room coffee and it had a fridge and microwave so I had fruit and a couple of things I could eat if I wanted. I mostly ate out with clients once a day.

The pool area is nice with plenty of outside seating and a decent size pool. The front desk staff is very helpful as well the bellmen.
The housekeepers talk/shout to each others in the halls and while cleaning the rooms, they leave the safety bar out so the door doesn't close, then let the door slam closed while they enter another room. Enter room, slam. Enter room, slam. Enter room...

I've stayed at this hotel twice and it has a great location close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. The management and front desk staff are very helpful and they have good amenities at the hotel. My only complaint is the noise level from the cleaning staff. They seem to have no regard for a noon checkout time or keeping a quiet hall for those staying more than one night. ...read more

Trash in hallways, staff not helpful

Walking to my room saw empty pizza boxes in the the hallway. Could not connect to the wifi and when contacted, the staff was no help. Finally gave up trying to connect and used my cell phone to access Internet. In the morning when I again complained about lack of service, I was at first ignored and the told "not sure what happened". Overall not a good over night stay.

i booked it at 2am... not realizing that i booked it for Friday night, instead of the thursday night that i needed to sleep for a few hours.. so it is non refundable. Needless to say i didnt stay friday night.. i went and found a different hotel.

It's located close to the North Star Mall and many restaurants. Not too far from downtown.
The shuttle ride is limited to a 3 mile radius.

Overall, it was a good deal for the price paid.
