The hotel had the most friendly, attentive and nicest staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel was located right off the highway down the street from Sea World. Excellent food in the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner
The cleaning staff was hit or miss. One girl named Celine was incredibly detailed when she cleaned but the rest were OK usually missing quite a bit. We had to have towels brought up every night when Celine was not working
I would recommend this hotel and if I return to San Antonio I will be staying at this hotel again. Its amenities and staff, other than the cleaning staff, were excellent and took care of my every need. It is close to sea world and easy access to rte 151 mad it great.

The room seemed nice. Their were boogers on the wall and the toilet paper roll was coming out. Also the shower curtain was ripped.
The hotel staff was horrible. The front desk people were more concerned with who was going to get in trouble for some problem than helping the guests checking in. The restaurant staff was very helpful however. They get two thumbs up.

Great overall atmosphere.
Missing room amenities at check in, i.e. mini fridge and iron. Staff did however quickly take care of our issues.
This is a " green" hotel. Some guests may dislike the idea of having to use a key card to turn on lights and the double flush option to conserve water in the restroom, but we thought it was great.Night staff seemed a little less experienced but still friendly.

More parking area, perhaps. Its hard finding parking at night.
The rooms are great, the staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful; it's the perfect location for getting around town with so many great restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out times are perfect;got to sleep in. This was our third stay at this hotel booked with Priceline.com. It was the determining factor in our last trip to San Antonio. Our daughter-in-law introduced us to Priceline and now we recommand it to our friends. ...
