Beautiful grounds, location was great, beds were super comfortable.
The man that checked us in did not give us any info at all regarding our stay - i.e. checkout time, breakfast hours, location of anything. Had to overhear the info from another clerk that was telling a guest next to us and didn't get a complementary bag.
Price is a little high, but considering that we were there during Fiesta week, this is understandable. Staff was not helpful, at least the man checking us in was not. Rooms were comfortable and roomy. In the morning when we were still sleeping, we were awakened by our noisy neighbors who constantly banged against the wall, which seemed quite thin. There was, however, free wifi and cable. ...

The Hotel was nice.
We had several times where the housekeeping did not pick-up the trash in our room. We were not given clean towels on one occasion. There is no contennetial breakfast.
Nice hotel, housekeeping needs improvement.

I liked the layout. You could tell upon entry that this was a nice hotel. I also like that I did not have to pay a separate parking fee as I often do with three or more star hotels.
They had a lot of small items broke in the room, TV remote battery cover. The cover wouldn't stay on the remote but it still worked. The coffee pot in the room didn't work. Upon reporting it the next day we were given 2 complimentary drinks at the bar.
Easy location to find and close to Sea World and Lackland Air Force base. The hotel was clean and I really enjoyed my stay there.

Drove all night and hotel accommodated early 3.5 hour check-in.
Hotel location was ideal for visiting with family in the area. Exercise room was adequate.
