Very clean hotel and very close to Norfolk airport.
No complementary breakfast and request for missing hair dryer was ignored.

Very close and convenient to airport. Very good for overnight pre or post flight. Two nice amenities --free internet and airport shuttle. Staff was polite but requests were not followed through. Noticed No hair dryer in room. After thirty minutes and when daughter's hair air dried on own stopped by desk and front desk 'thought' one had been delivered!

Front lobby was tore up with plastic hanging. Smelt like mildew in our room.

Poor customer service at front desk. Offered no help. The nicest person and deserves credit is the lady that delivered our breakfast. Very sweet and cordial.

Very comfortable bed, and great Showerhead.
Stained carpet, old bathtub, and old TV.

The bed and great massaging shower flow made this hotel a pleasant experience despite the need to upgrade the TV and replace the carpet/tub.

Every thing was very upscale and easy to access the Interstate.
3 of the 4 table lamps had burned out lightbulbs.

Overall for the price it was a great hotel. The staff was in the process of changing shifts, but we were taken care of very quickly. They did not miss a beat, while closing out they were very friendly to us and quick to get us checked in as they did their change over. The hotel was very clean and upscale in decor. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family traveling. The room was very clean, and spacious, even though 3 of the 4 table lamps did not work. The room was comfortable and quiet. ...read more

Awesome room. Only had 7 hours at the hotel, but it was wonderful. Wish I had wife with me.
Nothing.

Really nice in every respect. I will use this hotel always when I travel to Norfolk.
