Overall, it was an okay stay, nothing too great. I'd stay there again only because there isn't anything else in the area.

We arrived and the rug and entrance were extremely dirty. There were unsavory people running around the lobby area and children screaming. We waited 15 minutes plus with no one coming to the front desk to wait on us. We finally just left. PRICELINE WILL NOT REFUND US. DON'T USE PRICELINE EVER!!!! Everything was good until we got back to our room the second night at 11pm and discovered that our room was not cleaned. When we complained, we had no explanation from the clerk downstairs. The next day, they came up to attempt to clean it 10 minutes after housecleaning was to leave! They should have come up one hour beforehand. Needs some remodelling of hallways, but rooms were nice. Food served at the pool was at least for crab dip appetizer was about 1/10 the amount served at the bar in the hotel. There was only about 6 bites.

The hotel provide a conforable stay. But appear to have people walking and grouped in the halls. Some would think they may be a problem. security is the main issue. The food was very good when the selection was avilable. I notice some rooms have Refer anothers do not. The floors in the hallway are unlevel with high and low spots. Makes it unsafe for some to walk. Noise in the halls is very unconforable when resting. Great location right on the water. We had a nice view of the walkway by the water. However, some hallways were shabby. Our room was comfortable, but has not been updated for a while. It was a convenient location for our need to be in the area for a family event.
