Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Somerset

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

TV, location, and bed.
Luggage cart woes again, none and they didn't care. Room is dark.

So it was across the street from the Sugarloaf Craft show that I was exhibiting at, so I couldn't ask for a better location. Lobby beautiful, front desk friendly but not helpful when no luggage carts were available, 2nd floor attractively decorated, loved the carpet, looks new, my room nice size, good TV, work area, bathroom granite with tub that worked perfectly, and all was just fine except ridiculously underlit. I mean, spend a few bucks and put some lights in! Dark, inconvenient. Staff honored my request for two beds. Room smelled good. The coffee maker and coffee in the room is bad, why bother, also there are no ceramic cups just paper, Starbucks coffee in the lobby behind the desk, with a little snack bar is $ 2.00 and delicious, if priority club member, it is free. 2 luggage carts for a hotel this size and name brand is absurd. It is a pet peeve of mine and truly inconvenient.

Nothing.
Front office didn't do a request which I asked i.e. to FAX doc which they couldn't and also I couldn't stay in the hotel because of my license expiry.

fax doc which they couldn't and also, I couldn't stay in the hotel, because of my license expired and they didn't even listen to what I was saying and didn't consider a refund even tho I don't have a way to travel and I had to cancel my trip.

The rooms are very comfortable.
Beds were a little hard and there was a little odd smell in the hall.

Very nice hotel, beautiful open spaces, overall great stay.

Average hotel: Swimming pool is closed in winter, very small gym.

Close to the highway, but far enough, so it was quiet.
At midnight on Saturday they told me that the wireless internet is down until Sunday morning. It was very upsetting.
