Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Spokane Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 14, 2013

I bid for a 2 1/2 star hotel because they usually provide a free breakfast, so I was actually disappointed when I was upgraded to the Holiday Inn. The hotel was excellent, and they even provide a choice of soft or firm pillows. The pool, spa, and exercise areas were also pleasant. No complaints - except for the lack of breakfast.

Rooms are very nice and spacious. Close to airport... it is a distance from downtown but I was looking for a place to stay for a early morning flight.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Peppers restaurant was okay. Chicken was a little tough from being overdone but the flavor was good.

The hotel was great! I was worried because we had never used Priceline before and had to trust that it would be a nice hotel. We were not disappointed!

This hotel is located in an isolated nook, just a few miles from the airport in Spokane. It was convenient for catching a morning flight. The room was beautiful. It was spacious and comfortable with a couple of exceptions. 1) The air conditioner was broken. After not being able to get the temperature below 76 degrees, we slept with the window open. However, the parking lot noises made a good night's sleep difficult. 2) The wireless signal was incredibly weak. We eventually gave up because we could not "hold" a website long enough to read the material. It was adequate to connect, but not to really use. I guess one needed to be in the lobby to successfully surf. 3) The bathroom sink drained so slowly, we could not wash hands or brush teeth without a major back-up. Kind of gross. Overall, the room was terrific and well designed. If the maintenance had been done, I would have found this to be my favorite hotel on this trip. Sad.... ...

I booked because Priceline gave it a 3 star rating, but I would rate it a 2* due to the cleanliness and staff. I would rate it a 4 1/2 out of 10 but I'm happy about the price paid because I would defintanly not pay full price.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the staff was the best selling point. We appreciated them.
