Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Sudbury

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was large.
Its a multi=building complex and our room (all PL rooms ?) was a VERY long way from lobby and pool, through an unheated walkway. There was no elevator to our 3rd floor room. The pool was on the small side. PL's discount rate wasn't that great.

The room was perhaps 3-star, but not the rest of the buildings. Halls and stairwells were dated and no elevator to our 3rd floor room. It was within a short drive of Science North and Dynamic Earth. Our grand sons ate free from the kids breakfast menu. Given the apparent occupancy rate of the property that night, I would have expected a better PL price.

My son and I stayed here and went to science north and dynamic earth. The trip was great and the hotel having spacious accommodations and a hot tub and heated pool felt great after a long day!

Great place. Excellent restaurant prices were the best of any hotel I stayed at and the portions were huge.

onsite facilities - restaurant, pool, free wifi

Large, sprawling building. Clean, looks like a conference centre. Lots of people using the pool. Good atmosphere in the onsite restaurant. Well-located near the highway and Science North.

The staff was very nice.
The layout of the hotel was horrible and there was only one elevator, at one point me and my party had to wait 5-10mins in the hallway for the elevator. There's no microwave in the rooms and the coffee they provide is disgusting.

Frankly I think the hotel is way over priced, there's not even a microwave in the rooms and the coffee they provide is disgusting. If downtown is where you need to be the location is good, but if you plan on going to the mall it's way to far away.

Lobby and hotel very clean.. Bed very nice and comfortable.
Bathroom a little outdated.. TV did not have a lot of channels and the quality was poor.

Great hotel overall. Clean and staff friendly.

The layout of the lobby and the corridors are very likely as a (zig zag), you could be lost if you don't have a map for the hotel.
