Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Toms River
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 11, 2013

I wouldn't want to stay here again for the above reasons. The price I paid for the best hotel available far outweighed the quality of the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The wi-fi works well throughout the building, and every hallway is filled with soft music. There are several elevators available throughout the building, so getting up and down the four floors is no problem. Front desk staff is friendly, but I thought it was odd one needs to request a non-smoking room in advance. Fortunately, they had one for me that worked well. We stayed there for 4 days on vacation and found it to be pretty nice. Clean and appealing, no bad smells, and staff nice. Only gripes were no continental breakfast, dirty pool water (first day only), coffee maker in the room was garbage, and one night had a hard time finding parking because they had some sort of seminar or meeting going on. One thing you need to know is although they say all rooms come with microwave and fridge, they only bring them to the room after you ask for them. But overall it was a good experience and would stay there again. ...

This hotel is a nice facility with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a very helpful staff. The pool is nice, too.

When we arrived at the hotel the lounge was still open but the restaurant was closed. We decided to enter the lounge and eat at one of the tables while one of my men sat at the bar and would have a drink. The Bartender threw us out of the room and said that we could not eat there. She said that we could eat the food in the lobby. So we ate in the lobby like animals. She wasn¿t very hospitable. ...
