Short and long hairs in bed had to call front desk they changed all the bedding for us and didn't call back to see if everything was fine. Very upset over that didn't even offer any type of compensation. Heard this has happened to others as well. Very disappointed.

Solo Traveler
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this hotel. The convenience to the Atlantic Superstore was about five minutes. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to family and friends.

We found the hotel easy to access, the staff friendly and helpful, the room clean and secure with an eye to comfort all of which was appreciated.

Solo Traveler
A great hotel that is now on my favorites list with beautiful rooms full of storage and comfortable beds and pillows. The pool is in a gorgeous room with an exercise room nearby full of TV's to exercise to and a hot tub as hot as can be and free parking.
Loved our stay. What a relaxing night and it was so nice to have great, helpful staff.

maids were very slow.
There was no towels at the pool i waited 20 minutes just to get towels, they told me my food would be ready in 5-10 minutes it took half an hour but overall it was good, clean place.

Family Traveling with Young Children
I stayed here overnight on a Saturday with my husband and two children. We had a 2 queen bed room and the room itself, bed and furnishings were very nice, updated and clean. The bathroom was very small, and the sink to the bathroom was behind the main door to the room, not actually in the bathroom. The bathroom was not as clean as the rest of the room and there wasn't any hot water in the morning for a shower. When I spoke to the girl at the reception desk about it, she was not very helpful. Just said "that's too bad, I'm sorry". No resolution. Also, there was a wedding and hockey team staying there that night, so the noise from the hallways prevented us from getting a good night sleep. ...
