Location in proximity to our event was fine
Hotel was oversold and neither the hotel staff nor priceline was willing to help provide a workable solution. The room was not very clean and small. My kids had to sleep on the floor.

Great location, friendly staff, CLEAN, updated rooms.
No continental breakfast, but there is a hotel resaurant.

Great hotel, central location, easy to find. Parking available for a reasonable fee.

Staff was excellent always very helpful and accommodating!
No not anything...stay was great.

Location was great as we went to a concert a few blocks away on Saturday night. Hotel was clean, staff was excellent overall a wonderful experience.

The staff here is great, super friendly! I like the view of all the old churches downtown (from the 9th floor). They usually have fruit infused water too, really good stuff. Added bonus, the Oscar Meyer Weiner Mobile was there parked out front Saturday!

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. Quiet and close to a ton of places to eat!
No fridges or microwaves standard in rooms. :(

Great place for the price! :) overall very pleased with our stay!

My favorite part about staying at the Holiday Inn Downtown was the Boulder Grill. The restaurant and hotel staff, in particular, Mark Goodwin, were exceedingly accommodating and made my stay very enjoyable. The food was excellent! Highly recommend! A+
Nothing about the stay was unpleasant. The hotel was wonderful and The Boulder Grill had affordable drinks, appetizers, and entrees expertly prepared.

staff was friendly; the shuttle to the BOK center was a nice option; rooms were nice and clean
The elevator did not work properly; we first entered in the parking it would not let us pick a floor going up; this happened again when we took it up a second time; we ended up getting off on floor 10 and walking up to 14.

Overall quick check in; nice rooms and convenient with the shuttle to BOK (which is why we stayed downtown)

The staff could not be nicer. They were informative and had a sense of pride in their work. I appreciate that more than anything. Tulsa was a pleasant surprise.

If you are planing a trip to Tulsa and want a room with a view of church steeples, this is the place to stay. It is located in walking distance to many banks...we were surprised at how many there were in this town. If art deco is your thing, this is the city to visit. There are many buildings with spectacular works of art. Driving out of the CBD and heading to the art museum, we found beautiful homes and gardens. Tulsa should be on everyone's bucket list. It has many hidden gems, the city is clean - we did not see one pan-handler and everyone on the street was pleasant and if they thought we were tourist, they suggested places to see. Very helpful staff, great room, great price.
We had breakfast the next morning at the grill... it felt as if our waitress was trying to push us out the door.

Great staff, great hotel, I would definately recommend it.
