Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. I didnt like anything about this hotel
everything

Poor location, bad signage makes it difficult to find. Rooms are outdated and dirty, they have low ceilings in hallways and rooms make is feel like a dungeon. The bathroom had mold on the shower wall/tile. Parking is poor and inconvenient. Hotel is VERY close to highway and the rooms are not well insulated so the noise from the highway is very predominant.

Great location to everything we wanted to do. Close to hollywood, universal etc. Fairly quiet.
Rooms were kind of dated and you could tell they were in need of an update/some repairs. $15 a day parking

Having to pay for parking at any hotel is ridiculous, I feel, but the front desk staff helped used sign up for priority rewards to save $3 a day. I thought it was nice of her to suggest and unexpected because she didn't have to help us like that. Good location and close to most of the major attractions (griffith park, hollywood, universal, etc.). Quiet location. No breakfast provided, just a restaurant onsite and prices were kind of high. Overall pleasant experience and would definitely consider another stay here in the future. ...read more

Hotel was great...good location, and centrally located. Staff could be a little more accommodating and smile.

It was close to universal studios
it was rated as a 3 1/2 star hotel, it was not even close, rooms small and I was given a room next to elevator which made noise everytime it moved.

Not a 3 1/2 star place 2 stars for sure, small rooms, no refrigerator or microwave, clean, but rundown for sure.

Very close to attractions, very friendly staff, great service and food in their resturant!
Mandatory $15 paid self parking no valet.

Kids eat free in their resturant and they have an extremely friendly staff. They have an awesome pool and sanua area just get their early to enjoy! The actual rooms are average at best when it comes to ambiance but you get a nice patio and again great service
