Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Vancouver Centre (Broadway)

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

location and staff
There was a $17.00 per night parking charge that i was not aware of until we arrived which added unexpected cost to the room.

Room was clean; staff helpful and centrally located to the business area we needed to access.

Bed was comfortable, washroom was clean and well-stocked. I like that they supply you with mouthwash and hair conditioner as that is difficult to come across at most hotels of that level.
The windows hadn't been washed in ages. The previous occupant smudged "wash me" into the window and that wasn't cleaned off before we stayed there. Also the TV was broken. The picture was extremely fuzzy and difficult to watch.

Overall we enjoy staying with Holiday Inn. They are typically very clean and have comfortable beds. I especially like that they don't have those spongy cheap blankets on their beds. This location, however, was one of the dirtiest I've stayed at. The window looked like it had never been washed in its lifetime. And there was no fan in the washroom so we had to wait a while after showering to get ready in there. Otherwise it was an ok stay. ...read more

Very very clean.
Plastic drinking glasses.

Very well located in that you can walk easily to and from the skytrain station on Broadway and Cambie Street.

The hotel was recently renovated so it was nice. It was also two blocks from the train and around a lot of local restaurants!
We had forgotten a few things (toothbrush, razor) and we called down to the desk for them. They never were sent up.
