I arrived very late and checked out mid morning, so I did not spend a lot of time here. The front desk staff was very friendly.

I was given a room that was already occupied. However, I was given a breakfast voucher to accommodate the inconvenience.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable.

Liked it all.

The hotel was nice and clean. We stayed in handi-cap accessible room which was very nice. The lobby was clean & the the staff was very nice. We always like staying in this hotel. It's well lit and safe.

Friendly staff and clean inside.

Back door lock broken not safe.

Staff was friendly and room was clean, but unsafe back door B the lock was broken and anyone could come in without a key card. In the room it was a lot of extension cord in the room could start a fire.

The hotel was nice and clean. Disappointed there was no refrigerator or microwave, unlike in other Holiday Inns that I have stayed in. Bed was very comfortable and big. I think we had a handicapped shower since there was only half a door. Overall, the room was nice and housekeeping did a wonderful job.

Location, and price.

Room needs some repair attention bathroom.

I like location, staff was extremely friendly, rooms clean for most part although something not so appealing was splattered down side of nightstand, elevators were being fixed for a period of time.

Lobby fireplace area was a good place for our large group to meet and talk.

Door that locked my sister out of her room and had to be removed was inconvenient.

Just what I'd expect for a 3-star hotel.

Excellent and friendly staff.

Slight tobacco smell in hallways (but not rooms).

Clean, friendly hotel with modern rooms and excellent free breakfast buffet plus a server for drinks.

Good location, good price.

Noise problem, smelly room.

The hotel is at good location. The staff is competent and friendly. However, I don't like the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Worst of all, the heater was way too loud, I had a hard time sleeping at night.
