Staff was very helpful and nice.great location by the beach.
Check in time is 2pm, wish it was 12.

It was my first trip to Florida and this hotel made me love it! The beach is so close and clean. There are lots of places to eat right by the hotel. Hotel staff was helpful and understanding in every situation. The computer lab made life easy. It is a fun place to stay!

Great location. Friendly staff.
Dirty. Run down. Music constantly playing.

The staff was very friendly & the location was great. Steps from the beach & boardwalk. However, rooms are tiny, run down & gross. Would never stay again.

Location to Hollywood Beach Boardwalk.
Floors were dirty, and had sand on bed sheets.

They need to do daily maid service, not every 3 days. Floors were dirty, linens were not great either. Front door looked like someone had tried to break in. Also, TV Satellite was not working when we checked into the room. Continental breakfast was a joke for price we paid for the room.
