Hollywood Beach Resort Cruise Port

Stay elsewhere. The surounding area is terific. I would return to the area but I would choose another hotel, or even a quaint B&B.

The Customer Service of this Hotel was unacceptable. I will not stay there again.

I dont like it and its sad that I will have to find a new place for me and the kids after 4 years .

Poor condition. Just a free coat pf paint in hallways and lobby. Doors to shops look like they are never cleaned. The only shop on the strip that seems cleaned ( doors/windows ) was the eye glass shop. I took photos of the glass doors and they were always filthy.

We didn't stay at the Hollywood Beach Resort Cruise Port
screwed up. Priceline got us another room at the Crowne Royal which was not on the beach, more money, and clearly not worthy of its star rating. Food terrible, towels gross, service slow, location horrible!

Well located, Old, and not updated. Charge was for modern, updated premises which were not there.

They could not find the reservation and rather look for it she told us to come back later. We called down for a taxi to the airport cuz there shuttle don't start till 7 well called down they said he would call for taxi. He never did. We almost missed our flight waiting for a taxi. When we got down to the desk no one was around. We banged on the counted like the security guard to us to do no one came we started yelling for someone. After 10 min we woke the guy up he was sleeping in the back room. We
found one of the concierge was very rude when we asked questions. When we called for the shuttle they transferred us back and forth 6 times and said they couldn't find our reservation .So they almost wasn't going to come and get us Overall real poor customer service. The mall is close, but the ambient of the hotel is beautiful, I like the historical look and feel, yes the bathroom is old, but that is what happened to old hotels, but it was very clean, keep a very friendly atmosphere and to me, it has a very romantic look, I did like and enjoy my stay.

Is food place right on the beach.
