When I checked in I had to take a smoking room. This was unacceptable, but I had no choice.

I tried to call many times to ask about printing our my airline boarding pass and could now get anyone to answer the phone for two days in advance. When I arrived I was told they could not get in touch with me and I would have to take a smoking room. It had hair in the sink and on the floor of the bathroom. Bugs in every room, dirty linens, bolt lock on door was busted, air conditioning system smelled...

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life (I have stayed at over 100 from the economy level to 4 star).

The room was filthy when we checked in (dirt/dust on the carpet, mold on the shower curtain, counters dirty.

This was an extended stay hotel and for the second time staying at an extended stay, we were extremely unsatisfied. The room was filthy (we had to clean much of it ourselves in order to even tolerate it) and when we asked the staff to clean it the next day, it was never done.

The am staff at check-out was friendly and helpful.
The check-in was horrible.The front desk agent was rude and reluctant in answering questions.

The office at this hotel closed at 11 pm and their was no person if you needed assistance. The clerk in the night was no help to get directions,places to eat etc. Their was very little tourist info in the room. The check in clerk was complaining that she had only 2 hours of sleep and had to come to work. I checked into a nonsmoking room but it had a deep smoke smell. Staff was fantastic, room was clean, parking right outside of room.
A little noisy on the weekends after hours.

Staff was great, was very helpful by providing directions into Baltimore and the most efficient way to get on the interstate home.

Dirty, lazy staff, no airport shuttle, etc.

I had to clean the room myself to feel comfortable enough to sleep.
