Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America - Boston - Peabody
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 20, 2013

Hotel is worth the price. Like the full kitchen, nice, when traveling with children.

For a night, the room was overly spacious, but the beds were uncomfortable, the ceiling had cracks, you had to make your own bed and get your own towels, if they were dirty.

Good, friendly, clean, too expensive for senior couple with family in area to visit grandkids. Need repeat visitor discount.

The entire lobby was stinking of smoke. Room was filthy, chairs were torn. We booked this hotel in hurry and that was the biggest mistake.

Got room for a great price for a one night stay. I was disappointed that the pool was closed due too chemical treatments. Also found room to be more of a one star quality with poor housekeeping. I was very disapointed to find old leftover food and milk from other people in the refrigerator. It told me that house keeping doesn't check and makes you wonder how clean are the bed sheets. Remember this is an extended stay hotel. If you are staying one night you need to bring your own shampoo etc. There was only one vending machine that was out of water and the closest store was a drive away. The hotel is located at the end of a business park. ...

The bed post became unattached. Smoke detector was hanging from curling. No shampoo in shower. Breakfast was simply a muffin or bagel. Poor unattractive selections.

I stayed here before many times. I accept the hotel for what it is. I was charged a nights stay on my credit card after having prepaid. I was told never to expect to be able not to provide a credit card in the future and never to be able to check in early. I don't think i will stay here again.
