The room, the staff especially helpful and courteous, the extra amenities like fruit and muffins available in the AM
Because I am disabled, I was concerned that there was no safety rail in the shower wall and no slipproofing in the tub bottom.

Good location and staff
Parking by units was inadequate. Extended stay customers used handicap spaces. Internet access was problematic and not iPad/iPhone/tablet friendly (login information for network was on 2nd screen of validation. iPad/etc fills in one screen automatically)
Overall decent. Extended stay and allows pets so beware of possible pet related issues hanging around!

The room was outstanding as far as cleanliness and all the other little things (such as plenty of towels, soap, etc.) The staff was very accomadating since I was disabled and selected a room with easy access. The decor of the room was excellent, matching

Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Place was spotless and had full kitchen, microwave etc. Really comfortable place to stay. Quiet area.
Nothing was wrong with this place
Nice quiet location. Fully equipped rooms (fridge , stove dishes etc). Great staff. Super clean room. Great place to stay.

It was very clean and up to date.
The complimentary coffee and breakfast snacks were served in a very small area right at the desk so if there were more than 4 people in there you had a traffic jam.
This hotel was in a great location just off 1-77 on the west side of Charlotte. It was convenient to everywhere we needed to go in Charlotte. It was very clean, up to date, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The grounds were kept very nice as well. We didn't use this because it was February but they had a very nice picnic area with a stainless steel grill and tables with umbrellas. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Charlotte in the future. ...
