Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America - Fort Worth - Medical Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Staff was helpful in moving me the second day from a smoking to a non-smoking room as I had booked. I was told that Priceline was at fault for the room mix up. The location was a short drive to the conventions center.
I specifically booked a non-smoking room - when I got there I was told by the person at the desk that Priceline had booked me a smoking room. She said that this was a common occurrence with Priceline. She moved me the second day.

I was a little bit upset that we got a handicap room which meant that we ha no bath tub. I asked for a new room but was told they were BOOKED, yet we were one of just a few cars. I also asked for a blow dryer and they didn't have one.

The location was amazing, just down the road from my point of interest. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The bed was comfy, air and tv worked well. Full size refrigerator was handy.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was disgusting.

Make sure to tell them you want a smoke free room. Apparently when purchasing a room on price line the smoking rooms are the first they give out according to hotel staff.

It was a really good experience for my fiancée and I. The beds were clean, the bathroom was clean, and they had a nice TV and access to shopping and food nearby. I would definitely recommend this for a quick overnight stay or even a little longer. It's location is great, right off of I-30 and near TCU and the Fort Worth Zoo. We got a great rate too, I was very pleased and so was she, surprisingly. ...read more

Having a kitchen. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable.
I did not realize they did not offer some basic hotel amenities like a hair dryer. Had I known, I would have brought my own. Also, the kitchen could have been more stocked (ie: dish soap, sponge, paper towels); I could have cleaned up after us a little

The hotel was comfortable, but a little difficult to find even with a GPS. There was no road sign (that I saw) so I ended up circling the hotel several times without seeing it. Overall, it completely suited my purpose which was to have a place to stay during a hectic weekend of performances in the cultural district. Since there was a kitchen, we were able to stock up on healthy meals/snacks and not have to eat out at every meal. ...read more

just location
I had to tell hotel management I had a dirty room.

I made a major blunder and just picked the fixed priced rooms P/L offers and you get what you pay for! I was highly disappointed that this location was so dirty, management didn't seem to put there money into up keep of clean (white sheets) or clean room overall. Mold in the shower, cob webs, empty food containers in the frig. So would I recommend anyone even if they were on a budget to stay at this specific location? NO! I was embarrased since in past trips to D/FW I have stayed at numerous hotels and had no issues at all. ...read more

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Great price for the hotel.
I didn't know the hotel did not carry shampoo and conditioner

I was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel for a supposed one star hotel. I would NOT give it a one star rating. It was very clean, brandnew beds and nice staff. It was also very quiet and the airconditioning worked beautifully.
