Great location to the airport.
loved the fact that they allow you to park for free AND offer a free shuttle, big bonus points in my book. Also, even though they accidentally wrote down our shuttle time on the wrong day and didn't have the shuttle waiting for us, they quickly figured out their mistake and got the shuttle there within 15 minutes.

the front desk attendant was so nice and friendly, my flight got in very late, and I got there right before she closed. She was so NICE you would have thought her day had just began. Great Greeting!

The carpet in the halls was worn out and dated. It needs to be replaced. The room as a little dated but clean.
Great location, friendly staff and rooms are clean and functional. If you are looking for a good value this hotel is it.

there was plenty of parking near a door
there was not coffee available in the lobby 24 hours and there was not a change machine in the guest laundry room. I had to go out to do laundry, front desk didn't have any change available
I'd tell them to take their own coffee and coffee filters, toilet paper and roll of quarters

The staff was very nice and helpful. I've stayed at this location many times, and the staff is always nice. I like the fact that it's kind of hidden, but close to everything you need.
The only problem I had this stay was the snow. They did have the parking lot plowed. However, whomever did the plowing blocked our cars in. So, I had to borrow a shovel and dig myself out, which I didn't like too much considering I was blocked in.
Overall, I always have a good stay. I will continue to return when needed. The staff is great and I'm glad they are serving breakfast now. However, they could upgrade a little bit with other options than the grab and go type of stuff they have.
