Located near the airport.
Room odor There were not water in the vending machines. Lack of knife to be used during breakfast. Elevator maintenance during the check out time. Old mattress. I had backache after the nigth I slept.

Room had a big space wiyh a litlle kitchen inside. Good for people who likes cooking. The problem was the odor in the room. The shower is lower then usual heigth. The location close to the Miami airport is positive wheather you need rapidity.

The location was perfect and transport services were very good. Close to public transport system should you need it. There was plentiful free breakfast. The staff were nice and courteous. Also, close to public fast food places, were walking distance.
There were ongoing repairs which somehow made the place noisy. I was out most-times so was tolerable. Poolside was under construction.

As a long stay hotel, you could cook in your room which was indeed a 1-bedroom apartment with kitchen, stove, fridge and dishwasher. There was a living room also with a sofa and TV and dining table with chairs. Bathroom was clean with supplies of towel. If you need anything just ask.

It took front desk person an hour to get me checked in. Had no idea what she was doing and it was 1am.

The studio suites are comfortable and nice and the rate is quite reasonable.
The motel is hard to find right now. The directions I was given on the phone were absolutely wrong. Right now they only have one small sign, halfway hidden in the trees.

Right now, once you find it, it's a bargain.

The staff was freiendly and helpful.
I wish I had known that there were renovations going on. The non-smoking rooms smelled heavily of smoke including the hall way.

The location is great because it affords easy access to highways for all attractions in Miami, is close to the airport. The hotel should invest in updating its rooms to eliminate the smell of smoke and increase the comfort of its guests.

Nothing.
Couch had large hole in it. Room was outdated.

Hotle was under renovation and it needed it! May be nice after renovation if prices don't go up.

Cleanliness
No Phone in the room, No shampoo/ conditioner in the room.

Attractive pricing but poor responsiveness from the staff. Bottom line don't expect any more than a normal budget hotel.
