Extended Stay America - Nashville - Franklin - Cool Springs

Overall good, staff was always willing and helpful.

I came down for a wedding in Nashville, and my girl friend and her family stayed in a Courtyard Marriot which, don't get me wrong was nice, but I personally enjoyed the Extended Stay better. The kitchen is not just thrown together, but actually clean and nice, the stove and microwave are built in. And the bathroom was spotless. The carpet was extremely clean, as well as the bed. My girl friend changed from the wedding at the my hotel and actually said she liked my room better than hers(said her's was too "busy" as in too much going on in the room and the place didn't even have a mini fridge or microwave. It was in a great location as far as restaurants go. Easy on/off of interstate 65. I would have stayed had it been clean and not reeked of garlic or curry and I was not travelling alone.

I would suggest to Extended Stay America and to Priceline to allow customers to extend the stay at the same rate per day as book, especially for veterans such as myself who had to stay an extra day beyond my scheduled appointments in order to get all medical appointments that were added I knew nothing about until the day before my checkout date of May 9th.

I like how this hotel is close to all points of interest in Franklin and Cool Springs. I can take Caruthers or other local routes rather than having to get on I-65 for everything. The CVS drugstore on the corner is open til 10pm or so and is good for grabbing any incidentals.

It was in a great location and was not what I was expecting for this area. I would not stay here again

As the old saying goes you get what you pay for. I was pleased with my room, just needed a place to sleep at night, myself and my sister.Dunkin Donuts about a mile away, 2 major drug stores within that same mile. I would use this chain again. As Bob Barker used to say " Come on down,you're next on the Price is Right"
