I didn't realize they had no alarm clocks and don't do wake up calls. And their signage isn't that good. We had a hard time finding the lobby - we drove around the building 1.5 times trying to find where to enter. But overall it was fine.

The location was very good for where I needed to be.
The room I was in had the hotel laundry and service room behind the head of my bed and a TV or radio was at high volume all night long. I did not sleep most of the night and when I complained at checkout the clerk said she would tell the manager.
Do not take a room next to a laundry or service area if you want to sleep.

The guest service employee was very friendly, courteous, always smiling, and has a good customer service experienced. She knew customer service.
I wanted a non-smoking room, but when the reservation were made, it was registered as a smoking room. Maybe it was my fault for not paying attention.
The hotel is very convenient for folks that loves the country hospitality. Additional information about the hotel is the free breakfast that is served from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. Even though it wasn't healthy but the fruits (apples, bananas, and tangerines) were healthy enough for a customers satisfaction. I won't mind recommending this hotel to family and friends, especially when you can get a good deal with Priceline.com. It was a great experienced booking my hotel accommodations with the Priceline.com. Thanks. Even though I did not like the smoking room, but it was a pleasant and very enjoyable stay at the hotel.

We were put in a smoking room. i am allergic to smoke. They wouldn't change my room,

It smells terrible and the staff would do nothing to accommodate us. There was no housecleaning unless you stayed over 7 days. It smells like an ashtray and got very sick from it.
