Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America - St. Louis - Airport - Central

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Full kitchen, spacious room.
Poor TV channel selection. No History channel, A&E or Spike.

One star hotel was closer to a 2 or 3 star experience. I had an equipped kitchen, coffee and a continental breakfast every morning, the room had lots of space and many power outlets. WiFi was slow, (0.75 MBs to 1 MBs) offered to upgrade to 2 MBs for a few dollars a day. TV channel selection stunk.... No history, A&E or Spike. Overall it was what I was expecting plus a little, despite the small negatives, I definitely got my money's worth. ...read more

Nothing. It was horrible. Non smoking room smelled of smoke, holes in carpet, just a horrible time.
My wife and I hated this place. We will never stay here again

Horrible experience, never will stay at this hotel again.

Checking out.
Yes. Main issues: The room was dirty (holes in towels, bathtub unscrubbed, etc.), had no heat, had cigarette-smelling sheets (despite confirming a non-smoking room), and the front-desk staff was terrible. I waited 15 minutes for check-in, and there was no

I would never go back to this hotel again. The room and service were terrible and not what was expected.

Perfect location for me--near airport. Easy to check in, check out.
Someone had left prepackaged food (ramen noodles) in one of the cupboards. Some drunk (stoned?) men in Santa hats tried to enter my room late at night--by using the key card, so clearly they were at the wrong room, but it was still a bit weird an

All in all, it was ideal for my needs--a cheap hotel to spend 4 hours in while awaiting my early-morning flight. Was nice to have free wi-fi and cable tv to pass the time.

Airport shuttle.
Dirty cups in the room.

Good night service, helpful and responsive. 24 hour airport shuttle service was a huge relief for my travel plans in and out of St Louis.

I like the convenience of the location, the friendly staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms.
I can't think of anything right now.

The Homestead is my favorite place to stay in the St. Louis area. It is very clean with friendly staff.

It was cheap, you get what you pay for.
The toilet ran all night.

I Priceline the room fair enough. I had high expectations, because I stayed at the same brand in Raleigh NC. I tried to check in about 2 and was told that under no circumstances could I use a restroom. Check in was 3 and there was nothing she could do about it. I came back and the clerk questioned me about having an IL DL and having a NC address. The room was nice enough, but the shower was dirty and the toilet ran all night. Also, the housekeepers were complaining about the guests and were cleaning rooms, until about 7 and then they started to vacation the hallways. No way to get any rest. ...read more

Quiet
There were sketchy people there.

At the price I paid through priceline, I would stay again but under the conditions only!
