I wish I knew that priceline would not actually reserve my hotel room. Even though I had a priceline confirmation, I was not in their system and had no reservation. Used priceline a million times, but not likely to use again after this disaster.

Beautiful, clean rooms. Excellent, friendly staff, and the breakfast was very good too. Free parking, altho it was hard to find a spot late afternoon. I was very impressed and I have traveled the continental US, Europe, and Mexico.
The only drawback was privacy in the room. If you were sharing it with friends or family, you needed to get dressed in the bathroom.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, warm and inviting. The fitness room was very clean and the equipment in excellent shape. This was a great experience.

I loved the fact that the room had a kitchen in it. The rooms were very quiet didn't hear anyone from the surrounding rooms and also the Breakfast was great.
Other then the kitchen not having a stove in it everything else was great!

This hotel had a great location. Lots of nice things to see within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I don't think the cleanliness of the premises could be beat by anyone. There are many perks associated with the stay. We walked to the Old Market area and returned late with no concerns about safety.
We stayed as a couple and went to enjoy the hot tub, but the pool area serves a lot of rooms and, though larger than some, not quite large enough to accommodate all the guests using it and leave room for adults without kids. It was a minor disappointment

For a comfortable, spotless room and very pleasant staff who work hard to make you feel welcome and answer any questions, you need not look further. We knew we had a studio suite, and it was fine for a couple. We liked the walk-in shower and the updated look to the carpet, furnishings, wall art and appointments in the room. Even the stairways are carpeted nicely. Our refrigerator had a bit of a hum to it, but that was our only complaint. The lobby is beautiful with a reading room off one side and a fireplace between check-in desk and the other general seating area. Coffee was available at 5:30 in the evening. We'd definitely stay again, though we wouldn't plan to use the pool area; it better serves families with young children. ...read more

Breakfast the first day was great, other days the food seemed to have been sitting for a very long time and wasn't very appealing. Terrible pillows!!!

We had a great stay. On Sunday morning our family (daughter, son-in-law, grandson who also stayed in hotel; son, daughter-in-law, two granddaughters; daughter-in-law's parents) congregated in the breakfast area by the fire after breakfast was over. We had a fun visit and were left alone. The rooms were roomy and clean. The pillows were our only real complaint.

The staff and hotel in general were great. However, upon returning home the next day we both started developing serious bug bites everywhere. I believe that room had bed bugs and we would like someone to check into these and would like to be compensated.

The hotel had comfortable beds and a helpful staff.
The walls were a bit thin, which allowed sound from neighbors to slip through. Ear plugs were used to deaden it, which worked fine.

Nice space in the room. Kitchen was well stocked with refrigerator.

Very nice place to stay with kids. Breakfast was very good each day. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
