Hotel Guest Reviews of the Homewood Suites By Hilton® Orlando-Maitland
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 5, 2013

The room was at least 1/2 mile from the exits. If you have difficulty waiting long distances, don't stay here. Lots of walking. As the keycards wouldn't work, this became such an issue as we were constantly needing to go to the front desk.

do not judge the hallways as how the whole hotel will be.

The room smelled of smoke, the hallways smelled of smoke. I had a headache all weekend. I sprayed the room with Fabreeze. Everything I owned smelled of smoke and had to be cleaned when I got home. The kitchenette had no plate, cups or spoons, one knife, one bowl, and 1 glass But there were four ashtrays in the room.I had to keep the windows open to breathe. It was cold for Florida and it go below 40 degrees at night. My bedding smelled of smoke so keeping the covers on gave me a headache. But I had to keep the windows open to get some fresh air. So I got very little sleep and was uncomfortable all night. If I could have left this hotel when I found out I was in smoking room I would have, but your cancellation policy didn't leave me this option. And the hotel said it was Priceline's fault. ...

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. It was a little hard getting from route 4 to the hotel. We would like to thank everyone at the hotel for a great time. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

great ambiance in the lobby.
I've always stayed at candle wood, so this was my first exposure to another brand's extended stay hotel. It was good and comparable. Love the free breakfast!

We were impressed by the room. Breakfast was not the greatest. We are don't eat pork, so that didn't leave much. I have a 6 year old who wouldn't eat anything there. She didn't like the French toast sticks or the whole milk that was out for the cereal. There was a sign for something they would fix (I believe it was eggs benedict), but no one asked if we wanted anything like that. Like the full kitchen in the room. It would come in handy if you are staying longer. Love the 2 TVs when you are traveling with a child. ...
