The staff were generous in every way. The hotel has an easy-going quality. Generous with daily free breakfast and dinner. Available laundry room and spacious parking lot.
The hotel is a bit isolated with no near-by (walking-distance) stores.

Everything was to our liking.
Nothing.

The staff was fantastic, especially Dan at the front desk when we checked in and the ladies who worked in the restaurant section. Location of hotel was perfect for us. Our rooms were refreshed every day. Great having free breakfast and an even greater surprise was free dinner (Mon-Thurs)!! Made use of the gym and free computer access downstairs as well. We loved the roomy suite with the kitchenette.
The bed could have been firmer, but it wasn't terrible.

Great hotel, friendly helpful front desk staff. We will definitely stay there again.

Clean and peaceful location.
No shops or restaurants in walking distance. Closest was at least 3 miles away.

Location was peaceful if you do not want to be near all the hustle of a busy city. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

Relatively quiet. Seemed secure.
Hotel staff not very friendly nor welcoming.

Booked it based on rave reviews, but it was OK, not great. Nothing really to distinguish it from other hotels. Did not think the comforter was very clean; they should switch to washable duvets. Room decor was dated. And some things didn't work properly; e.g., doors and lights. Expected a better selection for breakfast.

This was, by far, the best hotel experience I have ever had.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. The room and amenities were comfortable and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The complimentary dinner was a very nice addition, especially because it included beverages and wine.

Extremely comfortable and spacious room with a great layout.
The gym is extremely small

The rooms and beds are extremely comfortable. The location is good. The free breakfast was much better than I expected. I couldn't have been happier with a hotel at this price -- I would expect to pay much more!
