Hotel Guest Reviews of the Homewood Suites Princeton Nj
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 22, 2013

Rooms would be fine for a shelter or a college student to live in.

Upon walking into the front lobby you are warmly greeted by a very friendly staff. I paid online before I checked in, check in was a real breeze and didn't take more then two minutes at most. We were in a studio suite and compared to most hotels the room was giant. Its 5 times larger then you would get in new york city and at a 3rd of the price. The room had a sitting area with a pull out couch, a kitchen area with a full size fridge and table and chairs for 4 people. The bed was a queen and firm but still very nice. The bathroom had no tub, but the shower was around 6 feet long and 3 feet wide, "can you say romantic shower with your lover ;0)" They even had a indoor pool. They had a 50 hold fee per night on your CC, or debt card. Over all great hotel. ...

Upon check in shower stall smelled like urine, from there it got worse. During power outage there was no backup generator which all other hotels on Rt 1 seemed to have. No concern for safety/security of guests. Person on front desk not at all able to handle a difficult situation. It was so bad, other guests were given the option to relocate to the Wyndham. I was not told about this option. ...

My problem with this hotel was that we had checked in for a wedding at 2pm we left for wedding by 3pm . While we were all getting ready my children were somehow able to order 2 films which we did not watch we did later order an exorbitantly expensive movie which we did watch. I have no problem paying for something I actually used but when I complained about the ease at which children can order an overpriced show they were very unhelpful. It ruined my whole experience. ...

I stayed at this hotel en route to New England, but would have been happy to extend for several more days. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, quiet hotel, friendly staff, and a nice hot breakfast buffet.
