Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hooters Casino Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Price. I paid
xxx a night.
It needs to be updated. Decor is basic, which is fine, but there's a lot of wear and tear.

I was in Vegas for a Conference that was being held at the Encore. Rooms were
xxx a night at the Encore and at the Wynn. 3 Nights at Hooters, including tax cos me xxx. It was money well spent!

I liked the location it was in walking distance to other venues.
The kitchen staff was way behind and unorganized. Others who sat after us were served before us and we waited over an hour for our food.

The price was right, most of the staff was extremely friendly and nice.

comfortable bed
Said pool had been renovated and it didn't look like it. rooms were dated. constant wait for food, line was 20+ mins, once seated 30+ mins for food and poor wait staff (drinks sat empty while waiting for food atleast 10 mins before we went to bar)

Carpet was stained. Rooms were dated. Restaurant had constant wait and waitresses weren't attentive. They had said pool had been closed for renovations and pool furniture wasn't new, tables had uneven legs so were wobbly, some bricks surrounding pool were chipped. Pool is only in the sun until early afternoon, by 2 the majority of the pool area and lounge chairs were shaded

Hotel was a good value for the price. Less expensive and closer to the main part of the strip than some hotels that are acutally on the strip.
Pool is in the SHADE!!! It was in the 90's but still to cold to go in the pool. Their building shades the whole pool area after about 1pm

Booked 3 rooms and 2 people that had rooms got comped so we no longer needed them, I knew they would not refund so I asked if instead of 3 rooms if we could get an updrade, they said no. Asked if we could extend the trip and use them on a sun and monday that were half the price of what I paid, didnt want the difference back just additional days. That was a no. Were not helpful at all. Hotel had hardwood floors that have gaps in them, heel got caught in between boards. Altogether its a decent place. Its safe and will get the job done, just NO frills what so ever. ...read more

Better location than expected
The rooms need a little updating

Because the hotel wasn't right in the strip we saved a lot if money. We were still walking distance from most things we wanted to see. We didn't have any problems with the room or staff. Rooms could use fine updating but are still nice

The Hotel had a good staff and was in a great location. The rooms were average.
The rooms were average and the casino was really small.

There was little i liked about the Hotel. I stayed there because it was close to everything. The rooms were average and the casino was to small. That being said i would most likely stay there again because it is close to everything.

the staff was good. but i didnt get the room that i book for. i loved that pool and jaccuzi was 24 hours.
i enjoyed the location and the setting but, however i didnt get the room i booked online which was the king bedroom. also, i didnt know that there was a 50.00 hold till check out.

i enjoyed my stay at hooters but you guys should lets us know everything such as additional fees that you guys charge before people book there rooms i think its not right to not include all the fees when people book their rooms. but i will be back to stay at hooters again
