Absolutely nothing!
It was dirty, smelly moldy. The owners were unbelievably rude and unaccommodating.

First, we arrived to owners who were rude and incompetent. Than our room was smelly. The sheets were so old they had no elastic, so we were on bare mattress. There was mold growing in the shower.

It was convenient to beach and event I was attending.
Bugs in the room, weird front desk hours.

It was ok. There were bugs in our room that bit us, but none were there according to the owner. I tried to get a couple of extra pillows at 10p, there was a sign saying office was open until 11p but no one was there and I was told to go away by owners friends who were drinking by the office.
