Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hospitality Suite Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 7, 2013

It was probably a pretty nice hotel back in the day. It's showing its age a bit now. The furnishings and style of the room were from the 1980's. But it was worth what I paid.

The resort is not new but it is clean and very well kept. It was perfect fot our group of retired teachers. We all agreed we would stay next year.

Beds too small.

I go to Mayo Clinic often and have tried many motels in the area. This is tops in my mind outdoing others that are often rated more stars. I feel I have found my home away from home for all my Phoenix visits.

Everything is an upgrade. It is not a resort. We could have gone to a Real Resort in Scottsdale, which we have in the past years. So upsetting to be treated like they were the only hotel around.

The staff made it clear to me that because I did not book directly with them, I was not a valued customer. When I called to confirm I was reminded several times that I booked online and even asked how much I payed for the room. They made me pay an extra 10 per night for two beds when I got there and that is not what the listing stated.

Everything was fine and clean. Staff was professional. Things seemed a little outdated.
