The location was nice, very close to restaurants and shopping.
The AC did not work and the room was not appealing.

Slightly over priced.
Hotel was nice, staff always promptly opened the door for you when you rang. The staff was 66% good. That is of the 3 people I encountered, all but the young (entitled looking kid) were really nice.

Lovely room.
Definitely a hotel for older guests, although we still found it rather charming. The concierge was very friendly and helpful in locating restaurants.
