Entrance step, hard doors, bad computer system, and tiny basin.
This hotel is terrible. The terrible begins even when I entered the hotel: the step has no slope so I had to take great trouble to lift my heavy rolling traveling case to the check-in. The door is hard to push open. And the hotel almost refused me to live because they could not find my reservation record. The basin is too tiny to wash face, it took me nearly 20 minutes to wash my face. There is no ventilation fan in the restroom. In sum, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
