Solo Traveler
This is a great place to stay for the business traveler and for those who spend more time exploring the city than hanging out in your hotel room. The showers are great. It's so nice to take a shower in a stand-alone shower, no tub! The shower was roomy and you did not have to be a gymnast to take a shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The location was prime in Time Square and walking distance to everything, the Starbucks was perfect next door because I am a Starbucks drinker, however it was very small (hallways/rooms)but it did suit me fine since I was with just one other person and we were mostly in the room only to sleep.

It was a good choice which met all of my expectation. Location is on 5th avenue, close to empire tower, Macy's, et.al. The room is clean, comfortable and convenient. The front desk is polite and helpful. The room is a little small, but with the price I paid at that location, I have no complain.

The hotel room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel itself was quite small, and there were no ice machines, but the front desk staff was happy to assist with any issues, including getting ice. The staff even automatically pressed the elevator button for us when we walked into the hotel.

Business Traveler
Perfectly located a minute from the Empire State Building this hotel offers very small rooms but they are comfortable and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and the price is very reasonable for this location.
