Good service with a vibrant staff, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Chicago. Valet parking was very attentive. Comfy beds, and the river views are excellent.

The room was nothing like I saw on the pictures. The bathroom had no counter space. The floors were wet. The air conditioner didn't work so I had to open my window. I was not impressed.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Everyone at Hotel 71 was very helpful. Upon check-in we were given a map of Chicago. After getting settled in our room, we discovered that we didn't have enough towels. Housekeeping brought them right up. On our last day, we checked out and the bell hop held our luggage until it was time for us to catch our train. Glad we didn't have to lug it around town. Fantastic place to stay!! ...
