Couple
The Allegro provides easy access to city without being right in the city. The staff was exceptionally helpful with tourist info. Most staff were fluent in English. Hard to get used to so many smokers but this is true throughout Switzerland.

Family Traveling with Teens
This is the first time we have stayed in Berne. The hotel was excellent. A bus stops right outside and takes you across the bridge (one stop) to Old Town. We can't say enough good things about this hotel.
