Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Anfiteatro Flavio
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 24, 2011

The place was about average and what you would expect for the price. The rooms were clean and all that you really need considering you won't be spending much time in the hotel. The bathroom and shower are incredibly small and the beds are not exactly comfortable. The location is great because it is only a 5 minute walk from the Coliseum and Roman forum. The metro station is also close by which is great to get around town. They require you to leave your room key at the front desk when you go out so if you don't get a room in the same building as the lobby then you have to go back and forth just to get in your room. There is a fee for the internet and it is only available in the lobby. ...

Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff; great location, 24 hour reception desk, clean rooms (but tight quarters) and bathrooms.

Great spot for a short stay in Rome! Location is great - within walking distance of many tourist attractions but the directly surrounding neighborhood had a very local feel to it. I was on a budget, and staying at this hotel was a much better option than many of the less safe neighborhood options close to Termini for the same price. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and will think of Anfiteatro when I visit Rome again! ...

Great location and staff. Rooms on the small side, and the breakfast room is small, overcrowded and understaffed. Would stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. Continental Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Elevator ( even though small) and AC a plus. Walking distance to Colissuem. Great restaurants near by. Would stay there again.
