Fantastic staff! Shout out to Enrique in customer service and nicolas in dining at Mayan bistro you guys are great people and made my stay very comfortable!

Amazing hotel! Staff are very well organize and went above and beyond for us. Our made service is extremely thorough with cleaning and the room is spotless! It's next to fifth ave of playa del Carmen where the restaurants, lounges and clubs are but our hotel was still Quiet. This botique hotel is a hidden gem! Nice pools and it's 24 hours so after a night out hangout in the pool and have a glass of wine. When visiting play del Carmen stay in a botique hotel to enjoy 5th avenue and the local foods. Safe walk and most of the time I'm walking by myself. If your not staying in this hotel at least heck out the Mayan Bistro highly recommended :) ...read more

It's a cute hotel and the location is convenient.
Construction in the early morning and noisey neighbors. The hotel was unable to move our room.

Clean hotel with easy access.

Good hotel in decent location for downtown activities. I was able to grab another night on short notice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Thoughtfulness of every detail being accounted for, all services one might need offered above and beyond expectation.
Mini bar didn't work & could use some money put into updates and maintenance with which the star rating would go up significantly as hotel is wonderful.

The hotel is charming it has lots of character. The rates are quite reasonable for what is offered. The staff are helpful and friendly, and some of the amenities and services are at a 5 star level. Staying previously at the Azul Fives we felt if a bit of money was put into this hotel it could easily become a higher rated hotel.

Great location, we felt alcohol was watered down.
Watered down alcohol. Chef didn't obtain requested lobster after 3 day request.

Very nice and safe. Would use again. Excellent food.
