Staff were very friendly and helpful. Served cappuccino while we waited for our room.Shuttle driver set up a tour for us from hotel to Rome. Room was clean ,sheets were crisp, fresh and ironed ,very nice. Balcony with sea view was nice but there was alot of traffic.

The staff was adequate but not overly helpful. We were victims of a pickpocket on the metro and got a sorry when we returned to the hotel as quickly as possible. No offer of help w/ how to report to Italian police, no offer of early breakfast, (which came with the hotel), no offer of any snacks/dinner. While these things are not required of the hotel, it would have been nice to have been offered hospitality in view of our situation, (we were due to leave the next morning. ...
