especially in the guest room.
Cramped main facilities-- no good indoor place to eat breakfast.

Good location, great decor, extremely clean, very friendly staff and

Little too far away to walk to the Pier.

Staff was so friendly. We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon, and the staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne on ice in our room when we got home from site-seeing! Very fun surprise! Room decor was very fun and colorful, but comfortable. Extremely convenient parking. Breakfast buffet offers a variety of foods that you don't always see at hotel buffets - like hard boiled eggs, coffee cake and fresh baked muffins. Initially it was the was the greeting as we pulled into the courtyard with our vehicle by the manager.
It can get noisy by the stairwell rooms as they are metal, echo and vibrate while in your room.

The color of the hotel/rooms make it cheerful. The room was updated in decor and clean. The room had a big closet, the mattress was comfortable, but needed a mattress cover and pillows were needing to be replaced. The bathroom was small, but adequate. It was smart to add shelving for towels/toiletries.

Fun style, hammocks, friendly, helpful front desk, parking, great selection of nearby restaurants and close to Chrissy Field.
Could have used option of dark shades in room to block out light from courtyard.

Very noisy room. Room smelled musty. Pool was closed for painting. Grounds were ripped up for redecorating.

The junior suite was nice for college age kids traveling with us. However the sofa bed was pretty inferior. The room was extremely noisy. Kids running above and pedestrians and street noise at night. The room stunk.
