The location and the room.
THe bathroom (s) were tiny;(separate toilet) No hooks to hang cosmetics bags; no space to hang anything else.; little space around sink. No tub.
Lovely hotel. Minimal staff but friendly.

Good location, comfortable, quiet and clean room.
Front desk always had a line; more desk staff needed.
Excellent location by the water and taxi/tour boats. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms with reasonable size bathrooms. Friendly staff, but patience required at reception counter as there were always lines. Restaurant good for snacks, light meals, breakfast and drinks. Off site parking garage was very expensive.

Lovely and friendly. We were very impressed with the hotel especially for the price and the staff was very nice.
