it's ridiculous for this to be considered a three-and-a-half star hotel. If anything it should be two stars with no air conditioning no heating a fan in the bathroom no ice machines on any floor no soda machines anywhere and. towels from a motel 6

I book rooms for travel an average 2 times a week for Priceline, and this was the most disappointing and largest letdown of any price on experience I've had. to consider this a boutique hotel is Lucas, when it should be considered an old dirty hotel with no amenities crappy towels and everything over price.

The location was great and central to the campus, and it has an old-school feel I really like.
No, it was a good experience. The clerk was a bit hurried when I got there on the first day, but everyone was very nice and the room was well kept.

Good place with an older feel. Clean and good-looking, right on campus.

Good location in proximity to the Berkeley Campus. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Clean room with nice furnishings. Good, helpful service.
Room was a bit small. Parking is $16 a day. Walls are thin and was a bit noisy.

We had a good time at the Hotel Durant! The room was a tad small but we had an awesome view of the campus and nice weather. Other reviewers said the hotel was a bit noisy which I would agree with. No real complaints though. It was a nicely furnished hotel room with a relaxed vibe. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staffs were very helpful
The room smelled, the light bulbs made noise, three light bulbs went out in the middle of the night.

The hotel shoul have lower rating, the room looked nothing like the picture, the room smelled.

Very disappointed by recent difficulty with staff at front desk upon check-in He not only did not seem to comprehend that we had already booked with confirm from priceline.Regardless staff incapable of hospitality or accomodations for frequent guests.
