The concierge was very helpful.
The spa was freezing!
Nice hotel, but wish we could have stayed somewhere moreentrally located. We were walking everywhere and it just added more to an already long walk.

The room and hotel were very clean and modern and provided extras like hot chocolate and refrigerator and iron, etc, and moisturizer etc.
The foot of the bed was not properly made up. The lower sheet and pad should cover the mattress better. Easy to fix however. Sleep button on TV remote.
This hotel was superior to others I have stayed at. The concierge's were very helpful from taking bags up and setting the temperature just right to helping us arrange tours of Adelaide.

The hotel and room was both beautiful and comfortable. Very comfortable.
Breakfast was very good, but, expensive compared to other places.
This hotel was a very beautiful hotel in the middle of downtown Adelaide. The streets might be noisy, but inside the hotel was very quiet. The staff was all very friendly, helpful, and very professional. The room was great being both beautiful and extremely comfortable. I loved the spacious bathroom.
