Convenience.
Pricey and geared for the business traveler who will be in and out.
The only reason for staying at the Granvia is its location.

Great location, clean, english speaking for the most part.
They charged a table fees and consumption fees.
The hotel was nice to stay in, had a great location and lots of places to hang out in the hotel.
