Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Phoenix-Biltmore

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

recently remodeled, beds were very comfortable, staff was vey friendly.
was advertised as a downtown location, however, was more close to an airport location. Was expecting to walk to a downtown event, but had to drive due to the distance.

Recently remodeled hotel to Hampton Inn. Was pleasently surprised upon arrival. Rooms were nice and big, beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice. location a bit far from downtown, expect to drive a few miles if you expect to walk to any function downtown. All in all a good experience.

They had just changed over to a Hampton Inn and were having a little difficulty with the computer check in system. The breakfast was poor, but since it was included, it was just a minor disappointment.

Complimentary breakfast, fridge and microwave in room.
Changing over to Hampton so lots of remodeling, hammering and
noise. I'm sure it will be great when they're done.

One of the best parts of staying in this hotel was the shuttle service. The hotel staff was more than happy to take me wherever I needed to go.
The hotel was under construction which was a surprise when I showed up.

The Hotel staff was the most helpful and friendly than any other hotel I have stayed in. The location was perfectly located near an outdoor mall and restaurants. When I needed to get downtown, it was a quick trip. I highly recommend this hotel wanting to stay in a clean upscale hotel at a reasonable price.

Location
4th floor room. Next door under construction. Plumbing contractor did not flush pipes after repair. Air in hot water shot water across room, drenched my night clothes, and ran white with air all night.

See above.

Shower doors instead of a curtain. Excellent.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Always said 'Hi' when we came into the building. Rooms and beds were great. I loved that they had a shower door instead of a curtain.

Room was spacious. I liked the sink and vanity separated from the toilet and shower.
Both bath towels were damp. Housekeeping did not fully dry towels.

Beds were comfortable, shower large, clean and
complimentary shampoos.
Noisy, under construction, not worth the price paid
and
poor parking.

Hotel was okay, upscale motel 6, with food breakfast. Under construction, had to enter and check in through the bar and phones not working. Paper thorning walls and very noisy. 1 liter bottled Fuji water cost $5.00. Not worth the price paid for this location. I was expecting higher quality based on location and price.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. The people where so nice when checking in and checking out. We enjoy our stay.
Their wasn't nothing that we didn't like about the hotel.

I
would stay again if
I every go back.
