Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Phoenix-Biltmore
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 26, 2013

Recently remodeled hotel to Hampton Inn. Was pleasently surprised upon arrival. Rooms were nice and big, beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice. location a bit far from downtown, expect to drive a few miles if you expect to walk to any function downtown. All in all a good experience.

The Hotel staff was the most helpful and friendly than any other hotel I have stayed in. The location was perfectly located near an outdoor mall and restaurants. When I needed to get downtown, it was a quick trip. I highly recommend this hotel wanting to stay in a clean upscale hotel at a reasonable price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Always said 'Hi' when we came into the building. Rooms and beds were great. I loved that they had a shower door instead of a curtain.

complimentary shampoos.
and
poor parking.
Hotel was okay, upscale motel 6, with food breakfast. Under construction, had to enter and check in through the bar and phones not working. Paper thorning walls and very noisy. 1 liter bottled Fuji water cost $5.00. Not worth the price paid for this location. I was expecting higher quality based on location and price.
