The lobby was cool and stylist. Smelled lovely!
Noise pollution. Poorly design and hazardous bathroom. Lack cleanliness! Didn't match up to hotel lobby.

Good atmosphere and unique decor.
Unrepaired water damage on ceiling and floor of room.

Nice location, very friendly staff, bathrooms were very small, walls were a little thin, and bed was comfortable. Pillows were a little small, and good room for a good price.

Nice to look at from outside. Friendly staff. Easy check-in/check-out, dirty floor in the room. The room was extremely small for the price. The bathroom is smaller than the interior of my car. Literally. Extremely small.

The hotel is in a convenient location in Atlanta Midtown, with easy access to public transportation and Downtown.
The bathroom in my room was very small with no place to put my toiletries. If you sit on the toilet, you face is almost hanging over the face basin.

When I arrived on Sept. 1, 2011, the hotel was undergoing construction in the lobby area, which I was not aware of beforehand. There was a note in my room apologizing for the noise from the construction, which wasn't bad. To my surprise, the construction within the lobby was completed before I left on Sept. 5, 2011, and it looked great. Not sure if it was because of the construction, but some services were unresponsive when I called from my room, such as Room Service and Housekeeping. ...read more

I loved the decor and the front desk staff was great.
The bathroom was TINY. The restaurant and lobby was closed for construction.

Staff was wonderful.
Original room was small and noisy.

Our original room was very small and extremely noisy because of the AC units outside. When we called the front desk they moved us to a different room which was much better and more spacious. Staff was extremely helpful and kind which totally made up for the problems with our original room.
